🐾 Where does my purchase go?
Every month, a portion of each purchase is donated to a different dog rescue. We spotlight the current rescue on our website and social channels so you can see exactly who you’re helping.
👕 How do your items fit?
Our apparel fits true to size unless otherwise noted.
Because each item is made to order, we recommend:
- Checking the description carefully
- Sizing up if you’re between sizes
- Measuring a favorite shirt or hoodie at home and comparing it
If you have questions before ordering, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.
📦 How long does shipping take?
All items are made to order.
Typical timeline:
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Shipping: 3–7 business days (after production)
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Please note: shipping times may vary during holidays or high-volume drops.
🔄 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Color choice
- Change of mind
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.
Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
🛠 What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — no return required.
💙 Why don’t you accept sizing returns?
Because a portion of every purchase is donated to dog rescues and each item is made specifically for you, we’re unable to absorb the cost of returns for sizing or preference reasons.
We appreciate your understanding and recommend reviewing size charts carefully before ordering.
🧼 How do I care for my apparel?
To keep your item looking great:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Use mild detergent
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Avoid ironing directly on the design
