Returns & Exchanges

Because our apparel is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color choice, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got you covered.

Eligibility

- Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery

- Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue

What we’ll do

- Approved issues will receive a free replacement or refund

- No need to return the damaged item

A portion of every purchase is donated to a dog rescue. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds for sizing or preference-related issues.
